This website is operated by Brows Babe. It lets you view our services, browse availability and request appointments online. You can reach us using the contact details on our contact page or by phone at +40 726 043 163.

When you request an appointment you agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm and, if needed, reschedule your booking. A booking is a request for a specific date and time and is subject to our confirmation.

Prices and service durations shown at the time of booking are recalculated on our side from our current price list, so the amount you owe is always the published price for the services you selected.

Please let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend. We may reschedule your appointment and will notify you of the new time by email where you have provided an email address. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

Unless stated otherwise, payment is taken in person at the time of your appointment. Any prices displayed are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes where required by law.

We collect only what we need to manage your booking: your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address, together with the services, date and time you requested. We use this information to confirm, deliver and, when necessary, reschedule your appointment, and to send you appointment-related messages.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this service:

• Supabase — secure database and hosting for your booking details.
• Cloudinary — hosting for images shown on the site.
• Resend — sending appointment emails to you.

We do not sell your personal data. We keep it only as long as needed for our bookings and legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to remember your language preference and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
